- Can you run or walk a 5K race?
- Can you eat 6 doughnuts?
- Want to help find a cure for cancer?
- YOU QUALIFY!
The concept of the race is simple:
A. Run or walk 1.5 miles to a doughnut station
B. EAT SIX KRISPY KREME DOUGHNUTS (this is obviously the best part!)
C. Run or walk (or crawl) 1.5 miles back (You don’t have to eat the doughnuts if you don’t want too…)
You may bring strollers, but you cannot hide someone in the stroller to eat the doughnuts! You cannot bring your dog, it’s a city ordinance! And come on…we know who will eat the doughnuts!
The Norcross High School boy’s basketball program has partnered with Krispy Kreme Doughnuts to create the first annual KK4AC 5K (Krispy Kreme For a Cure 5K Race). The race, which follows a scenic route through downtown Norcross, includes optional donut-eating at the halfway point. Competitive runners, neighborhood walkers and everyone in between are invited. You can even form a Relay team…a runner, an eater, and a final runner.
