Have you ever attended their meetings? If you had, you would have about 90% of your proposed questions answered. If not for UPCCA, Peachtree Corners would be visually less attractive and muvh a less desirable place to live and work. Give this organization the credit it deserves. Do you really believe Gwinnett County would even know our community exists if not for the efforts and many hours UPCCA members have spent in representing you and me at critical county meetings. Because of this, our reputation as a civically acctive community is well recognized among many of the County's officers and department heads. Have you ever thought, maybe your neighbors who are active in UPCCA, feel a bit stretched out by their extra efforts and would appreciate the added clout a city-status would add to those efforts. Yes, I will vote, YES! Why are you so down on UPCCA? Have you ever attended their meetings? If you had, you would have about 90% of your proposed questions answered.

Some adjacent and non-adjacent businesses have approached that city to annex their properties. The land must be contiguous so other land owners would have to also appeal to be annexed. Information was given to those other businesses. I personally spoke with Norcross officials to see what they were doing and was told there is no communications with the Forum or J. Alexander's or the Robert's people. There is a meeting every Wednesday in Norcross at 8:00 AM that anyone can attend. I have over the years for Boy Scouts and politics.
