Project partners for this new development include Project Architect, Niles Bolton & Associates; General Contractor, Oxford Construction; Landscape Architect, HGOR, and Property Manager, Woodward Management Partners.

Layout options include one-bedroom and two bedrooms floor plans. Initial rents are expected to range from $1,000 to $1900.

The project is expected to begin delivering units in the summer of 2018.
