The opening date for Noble Fin will be Monday, May 23, 2016 at 5:00 PM. Lunch service will begin within two weeks of the dinner opening.
Noble Fin will be open Monday through Saturday at 5:00 and will be closed on Sunday’s.
Chef de Cuisine Jeb Aldrich and Jay Swift are excited to bring Contemporary Coastal American cuisine to the Peachtree Corners area. Jeb is a also a resident of Peachtree Corners. Jeb says, “It is great to be in an area that is so welcoming to a new restaurant and an Intown Chef. Every person that I have met has been so nice and excited about the opening. I really look forward to meeting all of the local guests.”
The brand new restaurant, built from the ground up, will offer a “no reservation needed” policy for lunch, and the restaurant will save one third of the tables at dinner for guests without reservations.
ABOUT: Noble Fin will have many options for private dining, with rooms holding up to forty guests and with rooms called “The Chesapeake, New Bedford Room, The Newport and The Hatteras Room. (Get on the list for private dining now)
ATMOSPHERE: Watch for an Intown comfortable vibe with high ceilings, a large wine wall, a large bar with televisions, large hanging pendants, a mix of booths, banquettes and handcrafted wooden tables and lots of room for large business lunches and dinners. The colors include whites, grays, and blues along with weathered hardwood flooring and white window sheers. The open kitchen is fronted by a large framed vintage canoe.
